Well hopefully I will be able to keep you all up to date on our adventure into the Spanish way of life, our abysmal attempts to communicate with the locals and generally some of the daft things that we do!!!

I apologise now, in advance, if I should sound boring.... But I’m sure some days that will be what our days sound like!

We are a simple folk...so as long as we have beer and Internet we are as happy as pigs in.... You know what!!! (in case any children might deign to read this!)

Friday 4th june 2010

The day started as any other, pottering around the house.  Spent some time in the spa to cool down as temp was up to 30 degrees by mid day.  Spanish Lesson today so spent the afternoon revising and checking the homework......think it’s sunk in!  Had a good lesson and have lots of homework.  Have to learn the verb to have, write a couple of paragraph’s about our house (WHAT!) and some other stuff I’m to scared to look at yet!!!  Spent some time on the internet this evening, watched  a couple of episodes of QI and then went to bed........so very exciting!!
